I've done Bay to Breakers as well.
I ran the NYCM in '05. Great race.
Thanks for posting the list - I have run the NYC, CHI, and Berlin marathons.
I have tried many times for the London marathon - never made it past the lottery.
I've run the NYC Marathon; 1995 and 1996. They were the first two marathons I ever finished.
